At Prusa Dekor, we stand behind every product we offer. Our goal is to provide you with the best experience and ensure your satisfaction.

🛠️ Damaged or Defective Products

If there is any damage caused during shipping or an error originating from our company, simply notify us within 15 days of delivery.

Once the situation is reviewed and approved, your product will be replaced free of charge or an alternative solution will be offered.

❌ Returns Due to Customer Dissatisfaction

If the product has no defects or damage, return requests based solely on personal preference unfortunately cannot be accepted.

Since our furniture products are custom-made to order, we kindly ask for your understanding on this matter.

📅 Notification Period

For any issue or return request, you must contact us within 15 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period cannot be considered.
